Wet cupping (Hijama): The treatment uses a vacuum at different points on the body with incisions on the skin (minor, light scratches using a disinfected needle) to eliminate toxins and free radicals from the body.

Dry Cupping: This is using a vacuum on different body areas to gather the blood in that area without incisions.

Moving Cupping: This is similar to dry cupping, but oil is applied to the skin (before the cups) to allow easy movement of the cups. It helps improve blood circulation and relax the muscle.
