It’s recommended to schedule regular well-child visits starting from infancy. Additionally, take your child to see a pediatrician if they have symptoms of illness or if you have concerns about their growth and development.

Visits typically involve a physical examination, developmental assessment, nutrition and any other concerns you may have about your child’s health.

We recommend regular check-ups at the following intervals: within the first week of birth, at 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months, and annually thereafter.

Before the appointment, write down any questions or concerns you have about your child’s health. Bring your child’s medical history, including any medications, allergies, and past illnesses. Be prepared to discuss your child’s diet, sleep habits, and development.
